Located on Petergate in one of the oldest, original buildings you can find in York (which is saying something) you will find The Old House Bar and Restaurant – one of the city’s newest on the scene.
It arrives following on from the roaring success of their first ‘The Old House’ in Hull.
Join these guys for a light breakfast, a spot of lunch or an evening meal.
The food here is packed with exciting flavour combinations that offer a quirky and unrestricted dining experience for any occasion.
Their new menu is full of locally sourced produce and freshly prepared dishes.
They pride themselves on supporting quality local suppliers, including the fantastic Warrendale Wagyu Beef, local outdoor reared pork, rare breed beef from Thirsk and lots more.
The bar, located at the back of the restaurant, overlooks the courtyard which now has an impressive canopy allowing guests to enjoy this secluded area all year round.
At the bar you’ll find ten craft beers, cask ales, over twenty speciality spirits, artisan gins and an amazing selection of fine wines and continental beers.
The Old House concept is brought to you by the award-winning Shoot The Bull UK which is run by chef Chris Harrison who has years of experience in the industry, working in award winning and Michelin starred restaurants across the country.
Show you crafty card here for an amazing 15% off your food bill any time.
